If you wish to restore the item on the Restoration Support Criteria, you must request the restoration within 7 days from the date of loss. 

Please note that items other than the destroyed items are restorable only once a year per character. 

 

※ Restoration Support Criteria: destroyed items, accidentally sold item to NPC store, wrong purchase at NPC store, extracted items, accidentally crafted items, deleted character
