Changed time needed to recharge Labor at 'Bed'.
Removed 24hr button of Recharge Labor menu at 'Bed' and set the standard with 'Workbench'.

- Adjusted Summoning Skill's use interval performed by 'Lost Prince Hieronimus' at 'Burnt Castle Armory'.
- Lowered Health of 'Lady Velarre Blueblood' at 'Hadir Farm'.

Changed entry time of 'Skyfin Nest War' and 'Kadum'.

Reorganized Guild Buff effect.
- Flame of Solidarity : Increased buff effect by rank / Increased Prestige needed.
- Unbreakable Spirit : Decreased buff effect by rank / Increased Prestige needed.
- Changed existing buff effect and expanded buff rank to Rank 10. Also, added 5 new types of buff effects.
